Directly across from the Southside on Lamar Lofts is this great restaurant I consider a hidden gem. New interpretations on classic American cuisine. Some of the best mussels I've ever had. Don't forget $3 Thursdays. Some $3 cocktails and some $3 appetizers!

On our last visit to Dallas, a local recommended Amuse. We tried it and had a thoroughly enjoyable meal and evening. The menu selection was more than adequate with a nice wine list. Our server was attentive and answered all our questions. Parking was convenient and secure. We now urge friends visiting Dallas to give it a try because Amuse offers an outstanding meal at a reasonable price.
