I recently had Amstar install fencing and an automatic driveway gate, and it was an amazing experience, and totally stress free. I started out as usual, getting several competing estimates. They were all very closely priced, but Steve at Amstar seemed pretty knowledgeable about what to watch out for, so I gave him the job. He was very familiar with both HOA and city processes, and was patient as I get the needed approvals. He managed the job closely, and has his own experienced employees. Submitted estimate request on Monday. Received a phone call Monday afternoon stating they would send someone out on Thursday. In the meantime, I had 5 other local contractors come out and give me estimates (usually the same day or the next day I called) Thursday came and went, no call, no one showed up to give me an estimate. Not the way I do business. First impressions are crucial. Good luck

I thought that the service provided by this company was minimal at the least. I called and was told that I would have the repair price in a few days but evidently not. And after several attemps to give them a chance they still gave me the run araound.
