Worst customer expierence. I felt my gown was too short and when i confronted Carmen, she said i had to buy another dress! In the end it was made too short and had to be reordered. Carmen did nothing to ease my mind that the next dress would be perfect. Dont waste your time here if you are wanting a good expierence!
