After making an appointment online 4 weeks prior, I was notified at 4:50PM the night before by email that my appointment was cancelled, without explanation, and that the next available appointment was 5 weeks away. I had my permanent teeth by the time I was five, and within a year I fell face-first over my bike and broke them both in half.
