Americool was timely and easy to work with. The problem I encountered was that the Inspector who came out from the power company for my rebate found electrical work that was not done. The employee who provided my estimate was not aware of the need for the electrical work. They are requesting that I pay a portion of the additional cost for this work which was not in my budget for this...
