Room was clean, Staff friendly, nice pool, good breakfast. Location is near restaurants and stores. Hotel stays busy so reserve early. Price was a little high for being out in Central Iowa, but they did deliver on what a Hotel should be.

The customer service is terrible. Asked for early check-in and when we arrived they told us we would have to wait 3 hours. The rooms are old and shabby. The beds are knee height. Try the Super 8 across the street.
