I was quite happy with my experience here. I headed there without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon to get 4 wheels and tires replaced back to the stock ones I brought with me. I was promptly greeted and helped out by a patient and friendly representative. He explained to me what was needed and broke down how much everything would cost. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything or like I was getting ripped off. When I returned to pick up my car they had a line but the guy who helped me immediately called me over to give me my keys and paperwork. I know where I'll be taking my cars from now on for tire related issues.
The (efficient) staff will assist you pretty fast here. I came in for tire rotations and found out I wasn't due yet. Lesson learned, call and verify in the future.This place serves coffee and water served in a cup. The other place I usually go to will give you a new bottle. Guess they're budgeting here or being smart about things...
Very professional no nonsense folks. Got right down to business. They did not have the tires I wanted so they offered me alternative tires comparable to the ones I need & they charged me $2 less per tire. They got me out in 30 minutes. Their sales associates are very helpful. Nice folks. Thanks
