Carpets were still dirty afterwards

We had a coupon for services. The technician saw the carpets (from renters) and stated that it would need a deep cleaning...which we agreed.They did the cleaning and left.We used our own carpet cleaner to take up any left over water. We did not put any water down, just take up. The water was just filthy. I called about it and complained.The receptionist said that she would call the tech and get...
