Small lady at the front desk for check out was extremely rude. Had an attitude, a mean face, and unprofessional verbatim.
Room was very nice and very comfortable.
Very clean, nice wood floors, plenty of outlets, HBO, good size flat-screen, amenities were ok.
Free breakfast, small, cheap, but free breakfast across the street in small cafe.
Would recommend even though I'd suggest price is...

The rooms were well appointed, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast in the restaurant opposite the hotel is excellent. The room didn't have a fridge and looked out over the car park, with people passing right in front of the window, which wasn't ideal.

We had two rooms. One was OK the other one not so much (Rm 114). Just to mention at "the not so much" we had to use the bath tub to wash our face in the morning. No running water on the sink. The room did not have refrigerator, nor soap dish.
The owners did a good job paintihg the walls, put a nice floor but under the cover there is a mess.
Not going back.
