“This was a travel sleepover. We arrived late and left early, but even still we had a very poor experience. We were put in a room with one bed when we had requested two. They did change the room for us, but the new room had someone's old food in the refrigerator, the bathroom was well used and dirty, beds cheap, pillows awful, staff of the hotel just ignored patrons as they arrived and...
