We were looking for a hotel while driving along I-45 and tried the Palace Inn. The price was $45 all in which seemed reasonable.
The room was spotlessly clean with plenty of space. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The bathroom was tired but again perfectly clean and functional.

Best Budget Hotel Experience Ever

We recently stayed at Best Value Platnium Inn on I-45 North near Greenspoint. It was a wonderful experience. Rooms were clean, coffee was excellent and Bimal and others in reception gave great customer service. Thanks for such a great stay.
