The stay was nice, comfy bed, lots of pillows Plenty of hot water Ice machine was broken but being worked on. Lobby a/c was out but rooms were cold!

Within minutes of downtown with a great view of the mountains. Also 1 block away from Mesa...The street with every shop and restaurant you could ever imagine. So the location was truly perfect. The room was simple but large. A typical hotel room but clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and courteous staff. Around the hotel...There was some clutter and things in need of repair. Hotel looked ok outside. Location is great, easy access to the freeway and other necessities. The room is disappointing. The drawers were falling out when you pull and dirty inside. Tv remote was under the bed. Housekeeper did not clean the rm after the 1st day like other hotels do unless you specifically did not want to. Swimming pool was dirty.

Room is bigger, close to freeway, bath tub taps old and malfunctioning - when set to shower, water flows stronger at the lower faucet than from the shower, that I have to use the ice bucket to pour water on me. Sink is also dirty, there is black dirt around metal drainage ring and the sink. This needs to be brushed with Clorox solution to remove dirt. They have only sliced bread, margarine and...

Not for vacation

I stayed here as I was passing through from Houston to Phoenix. Just wanted a good nights rest. Not only is the location questionable (outside of the actual city) but it was loud. You can hear everything from other rooms. You can tell that this hotel is old and no one has even cared about upkeep. All electric sockets didn't work in the room, and it was just overall disappointing.
