Ron the manager there at Americana is very rude.Never does the repairs when reported to him or his wife.Also he lets the workers from the assisted living apartments park in guest parking and never tows them.Also tenants race thru the lot,especially a black Acura RSX and silver Subaru WRX with no plates.They also have 2 dogs that use the bathroom and owners dont clean it up. Overall very poor...

Please dont listen to the badmouthing done in these reviews. Americana is a wonderful complex. The gym isnt the best,and Snyder traffic can be annoying, but all and all the apartments are very nice and spacious, repairs are done very quickly (our dishwasher went out and we had a new one installed within 2 days), and management is very nice.

I have lived at Americana for about 1 1/2 years and have been happy there. The residents, for the most part, are friendly. The manager and his wife are very nice people and that makes all the difference.

I have been at Americana Apartments for 2 years now. The place is clean and the only real noise id from Snyder lane traffic. I happen to like the Managers who do a good job here. Any repairs have been done in a timely manner, most of the time in the same day. If you are a student, single or a couple come check the place out. Probably not a good place for kids, no play area. The American is a 100 unit apartment complex located on the east side of Rohnert Park. Amenities include laundry facilities and a fitness room. The complex is centrally located and within walking distance to Mountain Shadows Plaza or Sonoma State University as well as Evergreen Elementary School and Jones Middle School. The complex is professionally managed by FPI Management.
