Dr. Aquila's plan has worked out great for me -- 20 lbs so far, 10 lbs to go. What I appreciate is that he customized the plan for me -- and he didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. My weekly visits aren't rushed, and he addresses any needs that I may bring up.

And his support staff is over the top nice.

Would definitely recommend this program to my friends.

I am feeling amazing with the weight loss results I've achieved so far. Dr. A and his staff are amazing. I feel like I'm really heard and understood and that Dr. A is truly looking out for my health, not just my weight loss.
