They took a month and a half to fix my vehicle. They never contacted me about what was going on with the vehicle unless they wanted money. Tried to get me to pay 1200 dollars for a repair that was covered under my warranty. Turned the transfer case motor of my vehicle in for the core without asking my permission which is a against Michigan law. Tried to give me my vehicle back without the issue being fixed after charging me for that transfer case motor. When I picked it up the second time they had no paperwork for the work they did. The son that runs the place is a joke! Don't ever take your vehicle there because they will try to con you and take forever to do any repair!
After one week and $3,200 in repairs I picked up my vehicle. Less than 48 hours later it was dead on the side of the expressway. Same error message, same issue. Three days later I'm told that they can send it to their 'Saab Expert' and have it repaired for another $496.00. When I expressed my displeasure and offered to pay half I was told that the best they could do was $300 because they...
