My wife’s expedition blew a heater hose while at Coffee Bean with steam coming out from under the hood she drove next door to American Tire. The guys “T” as in Mr. T was very helpful, even assisting her a tow to the dealer through AAA (garages don’t typically assist you going elsewhere, but they were helpful). I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING any tire here, especially American Tire Depot in Yorba linda and I bet all American Tire Depot stores must be all same type of bad customer service. About two months ago i bought 4 tires, had them rotated, and had alignment done in less than 1 hour on a busy Saturday. Of course it best to go early when they first open up at 800am on Saturday.
