Rude staff, accused me of lying that I hadn't worn an item despite a) actually not having worn it, b) original tags, c) receipt, d) within 14 day return or exchange window.

This is an expensive store, it'd be pretty easy for them to exchange the item. Instead I left humiliated and angry. Lost my business. There's other places to buy the same brands so go elsewhere.
