Russ needed to come back a couple of times because there was debree in the system and it took a couple of times to flush it out and make sure eveything was clear and the camshaft would go through it's cycle without hangling up. Russ called and I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Timely, informative, changed the setting for our pretty old water softner. Didn't try to sell us a new unit. And there was no service charge!! But, when it is time to replace the system I will be calling American Water Treatment, Inc.
