i had the some thing happen to me, i have losted 321 dollars i take it that this company would do what is right but they do not

i had lighting hit my computer and it take out the motherboad cpu and memory and power suppy 450
and 80 gig maxtor hard drive and now i get a letter from them saying it was not cover at all the box it comes in say up to 50.000 life time connected equipment protection this is not right i sent pic's the stuff that got hit and then they say it is not cover and sent a 2 page report and now i have...
