I placed a special order from American Pie eight months ago and was told to expect delivery in six to ten weeks. Five months after I placed the order, they told me it was ready to ship, and then nothing. They have not responded to any of my attempts to contact them since then, and I have still not received the item I ordered. I am moving forward with attempts to recover my money. I don't recommend them--it has been an unpleasant experience for me. American Pie or Kristen Kreider: Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange for a resolution of this matter.
