Robert knows his bugs and rodents. I have learned quite a bit just talking to him about these things. Bugs and rodents have instincts and habits that the rest of us are not aware of. This is part of how he figures out an infestation problem. My problem came down to repairing a breach in the siding about 8 or 10 feet long.
