DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! I was lied to, taken advantage of, even verbally threatened by these movers! They lied about delivery dates and held my personal belonging in a storage unit for days and days. When they finally delivered, most of the items were either damaged or missing. This company goes by many names! Beware!
I contacted a company that went by the name AMERICAN MOVERS INC / 732-324-2511 (turns out they go by many other names that are just as bad. See below) on Friday Oct 24th to schedule a move going from NJ to FL. I requested the pickup date of Wednesday 10/29 and delivery date of Wednesday November 5th. Both dates were confirmed by the manager (ADAM MOSSLIH) on the phone.
My belongings were picked up and the driver told me to call ADAM by Friday for an update. Friday the 31st came, I called Adam and he said by Monday he would have a better idea of the delivery time. Try back then.
All day Monday my calls were not answered. I called the number listed on the site, plus the number listed on the inventory pick up slip (HERCULES MOVERS 866 770 1990 US DOT 929343) as well as Adam’s personal cell phone he gave me (3474897225). I decided to use another phone to call from rather than my usual number he knows, and Adam immediately picked up.
He gave me the dispatch manager’s phone number and told me to call him (RONNIE 732-501-0498). After many attempts, Ronnie finally picked up and rushed off the phone claiming he had bad service and will back once he speak to the driver.
Neither ever returned any of my calls. I called, emailed, texted, and nothing went answered.
Finally the morning of the promised delivery date, Adam emailed me saying there was no update on the delivery date, and he would be in contact 2 days before the delivery date. This turned into days and days of no calls backs, random emails saying they never promised a thing and now claiming the agreed delivery time was 30 days.
After a lot of headache, arguments, and even verbal abuse from them, my things were finally delivered on Tuesday 11/11. Upon delivery I discovered many of my boxes smashed, many items broken and many missing. The driver was not a part of these companies and said he picked up the items already damaged in this condition when he loaded them into his truck.
Upon further investigation I discovered these movers go by many names and have different locations. They are all owned by Eli Yamin:

These movers are thieves. They broke and took things that can never be replaced. They knew what they were doing. Please watch out for anyone of these compdany names! They are sneaky criminals and will take your things!!
this company sucks..i regret using these idiots..dont expect the phone quote to be the amount come arrival of the movers..the crew was nasty ..did not speak good english, and had attitudes..i think his name was pedro who was the one in charge..he was horrible to talk to..i was prepared i had boxes …
These are the most disreputable I have ever worked with. They will falsify your account so they may then legally seize your property and auction it to make a buck. look elsewhere for secure storage or you will be looking to find where your storage went to.
Fantastic job done by the movers. I am very happy with the overall service from American Movers. The office assisted me with the insurance certificates and answered all my questions regarding long distance moves. Great job!!!!!!!
I had American movers move my stuff and they did a good job. I liked the estimator he was HONEST and UPFRONT. The men were very good. You can tell that they were trained right. My wife was happy and that made me happy!!
