Since we've had some heavy rains my basement keeps flodding because our pump wasn't working. I called to get an esimate on installing a new one and they had someone out there that morning to give me an esimate and that afternoon to install it, pretty good prices too. It rained last week and my basement was dry, couldn't be happier with the service.
