Honest, caring, all around incredible company! The costumer service alone was enough to sway me to purchase an item i could have gotten a little cheaper elsewhere but chose ALFC instead. We've ordered from this place on 3 separate occasions. Once they sent the wrong size shirt (packing slip had the correct size). When we contacted them they said they wouldn't send the right size until we shipped the wrong size back. The whole process took over a month and a half. This time (3rd time ordering) I ordered two reels, they only shipped one. I called about the one I hadn't received...
