In my experience, this company doesn't care about its customers. I haven't noticed any hair reduction and I paid around $3000.00 for services. It has been a year. I wish I would have read the reviews on the internet before I signed up. They have hundreds and hundreds of complaints on the internet and the Better Business Bureau. This place is a huge joke! The techs seemed nice but the management is insane. I went in for a consultation and was told over and over again what was wrong with my body and basically how ugly and hairy I was. The manager Melissa was so fake and acted like she was my best friend but couldn't remember my name! As the consultation continued she brought in her Assistant Manager to help go into more detail about the services performed, it was very obvious that Melissa was not the brains of the operation just the pushy annoying sales lady out to get you for every last penny. This place is a scam! they used to be called american laser centers and because of all the lawsuits and negative comments on blogs etc. they changed their name to american laser skincare so dont be fooled its the same company and no results. just google this company and it will speak for itself you'll be glad you did. I have no doubt in my mind that the two postive comments below are people that work for the company look at how close the dates are
