I too "won" a gift certificate here. Paid a pretty penny for a year of hair removal on my chin. After a year of sticking to my appts every 6 weeks, the problem is worse. The manager said the chin is a 'tough area' and said I could sign up for another year. Now I am having the procedure at a doctor's office, where I should have started. Beware.
