I've had these windows about 8 years and they are still opening like new. I had a small issue with a handle in the kitchen when they first went in. The customer service department called me back the same day I left a message and just sent me a new one. Overall I recommend them.

I had few windows installed a few years ago and now I just finished the rest of the house before the winter, definitely more comfortable now. When I first shopped the price it was good, but this time I just wanted everything to match but it seemed fair enough. Cleaning these things is a lot easier than the old windows.

We looked at a lot of options but to be honest, once all the stickers come off and the crew left its hard to tell the difference between these American Jewel windows and the more expensive wood windows we have downstairs. I should have done it all with this company.
