Above average room, but service was terrible, and the management rude

I checked into a room that I paid an extra $10.00 for when I arrived at 9:30 a.m. I never had to do that before. If a room was available at many hotels/motels even at 6:30 a.m. I never paid an extra $10.00 Because I was tired I did. My room had a nice bathtub that worked, clean, working refrigeradaire...
