They were awful! They hired incompetent cleaners that continually damaged things. They scratched our wood floors, broke dishes, and ruined one of our nice rugs. They put knives the wrong way in...

As I mentioned to the owner, I got a quote; however later I find out the quote is based on an hourly rate. That should be explained when you get a quote. That said the crew did a wonderful job in the hours they were allowed by the owner. They also did window cleaning. I would rate that a 4. A couple of windows need to be redone. Overall I'm very pleased.
