Buyer Beware. Website says "Voted #1 by thousands of satisfied customers." I didn't look closely at their current poor customer ratings before buying. My mistake. They didn't honor a discount coupon from their website, despite mentioning it to them three times on the phone and in a letter to the manager. I always give a business providing poor customer service an opportunity to correct...
