Finding the same problem as the OP. We were told 6-8 weeks. After NO contact from this company, we called them to find out they were behind due to hiring issues. After additional calls, we found out that they didn't have installers at the time of our contract signing so no way in hell they could have promised the 6-8 weeks at that time. We are now past week 12 with no resolution in sight...

I agree reviews should be done by customers not owners you know he never had a fence done in all the cities that American fence is located if you can't trust them for a simple review how could you trust them for a fence.

I called for an estimate a few days ago, and got the most annoying person to ever represent a company. All I wanted was an estimate on a railing on a front porch, and I wanted them to use a house I already had a railing on as an example of size and where it should be on the steps. She was extremely pushy …

I don't think it is very professional to review your own company! The last review done before this one was completed by the son of the owner of American Fence! So of course they did a great job!! Reviews are for actual customers not for owners or there family members to make them look better than they really are!! Just my option, low blow AF!!
