I had the worst service with Lyle Chapin and Betty, I would continuously try and call and would always need to leave a message. They seemed confused with the most basic of requests. When I did switch companies they made multiple mistakes with the ending date of insurance, which caused my bank to issue a gap insurance fee because of their error. I do not suggest anyone to join Lyle Chapin agency...
