This was our insurance company for many years until the rates got too expensive. We ended up with cheaper rates elsewhere. The staff was always very nice and easy to access. Claims were always easy to file and we really had no complaints about this business except for the fact that we found lower rates with another company. Personel-wise, they are excellent.
