I agree with the one star reviews. I have them the extra start simply because I got really snippy with their customer service rep and he had done nothing wrong...yet.

I called the company prior to the purchase of an expensive mower ($1899) wondering if there was any benefit offered through the vendor, Lowes, where we intended to make the purchase. American express credit card customer service sucks. THEY DO NOTHING TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS OUT and could care less about keeping costumers, ask they want is you're money. DON'T USE, CANCEL YOUR CARDS, THEY ARE HORRIBLE

They have best cafeteria! not just your lunch food but gourmet food coked fresh to order even sushi! They also offer road side assistance and extended warranty if you are a card member.
