The costume selection and organization are truly stunning here, and the prices are equally stunningly high. I encountered a woman (I got the impression she was the manager or owner?) who was shockingly nasty, for no apparent reason. I have also encountered a clerk (male) who was very nice and helpful, so you never quite know what you're going to get. It is definitely the pinnacle of costume shops ...

Found them to be helpful above & beyond the call. Not only stayed open later for us when we came in towards closing but managed to find costumes we wanted for the entire family even in hard to fit sizes. Had everything we needed. As for parking - we parked & walked - parking downtown is never really convenient unless you own a spot - everyone knows that by now. I would recommend this busienss highly ...

I've given the lowest rating here as you can see as we had a terrible experince at this store - customer service was truly horrendous. We never even made it past the intiial stages to look at costumes as we were turned away at 7:20 pm when the store closes at 8pm and even though we'd had checked store hours personally with teh shop before heading to the store and drove 40 minutes to get there.
