Not only is this a large, comfortable apartment with all the amenities (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, fitness room, and club house) you could hope for, it is also very pet friendly with a large fenced in dog park!

For the most part I loved living at American Colony, the management is very attentive, they keep the lawns well kept (note: you may hear them early in the AM though) and it was the first time I had great neighbors who invited me to cook outs etc.
