What a tragic experience. I go to pick my dry cleaning up during the afternoon rush (1 p.m.). The "open" neon sign is bright, but go to the door and the handwritten note taped says "be back in 5 minutes". So I wait, 5, 10, 12 minutes later the clerk shows up.
