I used this firm for three home inspections. With two of them I asked if they were able to complete a 4 point inspection as well as a wind mitigation report as required by insurance companies in south Florida, and have a specific format to follow. They said they could do it and I paid the additional fees over and above the regular inspection. When these reports were sent to the insurance...
