Cabrera showed up to my house on time and had the entire 2 story job finished in one week (as promised). When asked for references they were provided. He wouldn't take a deposit, just told me if I wasn't satisfied in the end I'd owe nothing. This was new to me since all the other contractors wanted money up front and took double the estimated time to complete. It is now 1 1/2 years later...
