I used American Best 2yrs ago and they were perfect. On time, professional, moved my things with care. This time around, horrid! I probably re-iterated atleast a half dozen times to the girl on the phone, Karla I think, that I wanted them there at 7am. They showed up at 8:30am. By the time I could get someone on the phone...around 7:45am...the guy was rude, told me the paper work said 8am and...

The initial estimate was way off. I was not informed of overtime after 8 hours. The team did not move all my stuff. The office would not communicate with me after the move. I had to keep leaving messages and sending e-mails. I was overcharged and had to fight to get a refund.
