Ambrozia is the work of three young chefs who opened their own restaurant. They chose a 100-year-old house in Old Town as the setting for their inventive, sometimes playful menu---where else would you find french toast crusted in Cocoa Krispie cereal, or fried calamari served with watermelon and chipotle mayonnaise? This was an excellent restaurant. My husband ordered the corndog lobster and I got the butternut squash bisque. For our main dish my husband order the ahi tuna and I had pork loin, both were excellent.
