It was a nice hotel for under $100.00, the staff was very friendly and everything was clean. The walls were a bit thin and I could hear people in the adjacent rooms. And as most hotels go, the shower water pressure was less than satisfying. But that's like every other hotel in that price range. Good thing they had a pool.

Last minute requirement so this is what you get near Newport in the summer. It's just old and they charge what the market will bear when they can. Adequate, but barely.

Staff is very friendly, but you get what you pay for. Room was clean, until I got into the shower the next morning--let's just say, check the shower curtain before jumping into to make sure there isn't any growing matter on it

Housekeeping was terrible .. Wrappers from previous persons in drawers. Toilet barely flushed the doors do not close on there own. Breakfast consisted of cereal not what I was expecting.
