I like this place, nice neighborhood and close to the downtown San Mateo. And the manager Kristen is incredibly helpful. She is very responsive and once I had problems and she is always willing to help. The handy man is quite helpful too. The reason I left is because of the rent price and also I want to live closer to my job.
