My grandmother who is handicap was in a transit van and the driver didn't strap her in. He had stopped short and she fell out of her wheelcahair. Instead of calling for help he brought her home anyways with a cut on her head. She then had to call an ambulance and recieved stapels in her head, and later needed a hip transplant because her hip was fractured. The company later said they were not...

Our Amaral bus had transmission trouble and had to pull over 3 times on the way to JFK airport in the spring of 2009. I called the owner and he promised us a better bus on the way back, when our group was to return home several weeks later. However the shock absorbers were "shot" on the bus which picked us up at the airport, and the bus actually broke down once we made it home. Both drivers...

children as well as adults were sick from the intence heat,and 1/3 of the way home the bus just shut down it stopped.the driver got it restarted again,didnt give much asurance for the rest of the ride home.OOH yeah the bathroom was Gross&bus was dirty

Driver was in an accident,delayed our departure by an hour from NY. Then the ac. crapped out whole ride home.stuck in NY traffic the heat inside the bus was upwards of 90 degr. children as well as adults
