The service was amazing.They had great and fast service!!! Very friendly employees!!! Price was reasonable better than most of the other places I've been to! Will definitely return!!

I purchased Groupons because I needed my graduation gown altered & pressed and then some jeans hemmed at a later time. On May 2, 2012 I called the W. Maize location to be sure if I dropped my gown off on May 3 that it would be done by May 10 because my graduation is May 11. They said no problem. Brought in some clothes to get fixed and when I came to pick them up, I was given someone else's clothes. When I asked about it, Sarah said there was no way that they lost my clothes and what they gave me was mine (gave me clothes that were 5 sizes too big!). She said that there was no way there was a mix up and refused to compensate my in anyway for losing my clothes! So if they lose your clothes, it will be your fault for brining it there!

After struggling with my weight, I had finally gotten it down to my goal after months and month of patience. I even waited a little longer to make sure I was staying at that weight because I have TONS of clothes that I love but, thankfully, just don't fit anymore!! I tried another alteration place here in Wichita (one which I will not name) that ruined my favorite jeans and 2 pair of pants. This really upset me after working so hard to get my weight down.
