I made an appointment with another plumber on Saturday, his next day available was Tuesday, but he was a no-show. I called Al's Plumbing at 9:00 am, and they were at my house THE SAME DAY at 3:30 pm. They were very polite and explained to me in Plain English what was the problem with my shower. I also had a problem with my hot and cold water lines being crossed and they fixed that right away....
