Bad experience with the owner

This shop may have quality merchandise, but the owner ordered merchandise for me that I decided not to buy. After trying to resolve this by paying his cost of the merchandise plus shipping costs, he was unprofessional and became verbally abusive. I ended up paying for merchandise the owner knew I did not want. I have never been spoken to in this manner by anyone I have EVER done business with. It was very demeaning and most unpleasant. I would not recommend this business to anyone because of this experience.

Al did the flowers for my wedding. Highly recommended!!! He (and his staff) were friendly and very professional. I smile everytime i look at my wedding pictures, because the bouquets were so GORGEOUS! Thanks!
