Great Prices - Poor Customer Service
I was initially thrilled that I found this store, especially when I saw that they had the exact same bedroom set that I had seen at Plummers, but for $700 less. The purchase couldn't have been easier, and Brett was great to deal with. The challenge came when I asked to exchange the dresser due to a manufacturer defect. The company agreed to the exchange right away, but the delivery team dragged the replacement into my apartment on its side and damaged the front corner in the process. When I asked to have the original dresser returned, as it was in better condition than the replacement, the company again agreed, but it was returned with a scraped side due the same neglectful delivery team. When I called the company to schedule a third exchange, the appointment scheduler was curt and hung up on me. I realize that the situation is probably just as frustrating for them, but the damage was caused by their employees, and I am the one staying home on four separate occasions in hopes of resolving this issue. Bottom line, if price is your main concern and you have plenty of time to spend on the phone and stuck at home waiting for deliveries, then give Al's a try.

Just had our new super sofa delivered today, and we're loving it.
We stopped by Al's on Sunday afternoon and were greeted by Tony, who was all about helping us find the right solution for our space. He didn't try to sell us on something that we didn't need, rather he broke it down for us with no nonsense. If you're in the market for some furniture, get yourself over to Al's and ask for Tony. You'll be glad you did.

Al's delivery warehouse and sales team are not on the same page. I had a very positive experience with our salesperson Brett and he was very helpful in giving us furniture ideas and a good deal on a huge purchase. That was the 5 star experience.
