I recently had them out. They upset me so much, this is the first review I"ve written for a company. First off they were an hour late. All I wanted was 3 rooms clean and the guy kept trying to sell me stuff and kept pushing some scotchguard protector stuff on me, like a used car salesman. I?ve used Alpine twice. The first year they did a great job on my furniture but the carpeting ? not so much. In spite of my warnings about wet carpets ? it took three full days to dry. This year they did a spectacular job on pleated shades (made them look new) but the carpeting ? even less than the first time. It was dirty and wet. I wrote a negative review.
