Horrible service. I called and left a message inquiring about an inground pool installation and wanting to get a bid. This was on June 11, 2015. I received a voicemail the next day (6/12) from Mike. I returned his call on 6/13 and left a voicemail stating that we had already scheduled a visit from another company, but still wanted a bid from Alpine. Today is 6/22, still NO WORD from Mike...

I had a fantastic customer service experience when I called Alpine Pools and spoke with Stacy F. She was able to talk me thru adjusting a technical issue that I had with my Spa and I was able to avoid a service call. Top notch products and great customer service!

Terrible people, terrible service, two weeks of wasted time with them leaving me in the same boat I was in before I called them. RUN THE OTHER WAY! There are plenty of good people to call, you don't need their bs.
